Treatable conditions: It is a new type of inhalation treatment (born in Sirmione), particularly indicated for all chronic catarrhal problems of the nose and throat (sinusitis, rhinitis, but also otitis and tubalitis).

Methodology : The water droplets have a larger volume than traditional aerosols and are propelled under pressure directly into the nostrils. This abundant flow causes an immediate liquefaction of catarrhal secretions, both in the nasal passages and throat. To allow the flushing and clearing of catarrh from the sinuses and middle ear, the contralateral nostril must be closed with a finger and frequent swallowing is performed. This provides an excellent treatment for sinusitis and also provides gentle physiotherapy of the Eustachian tube, which regains elasticity.
